Amanda Jaron

President

Amanda, the founder of A JARON Fine Jewelry, has served as an advocate and resident of the Bayshore Arts District since 2015. An award-winning jewelry artist renowned for her original designs and signature Bling-Overs, Amanda dedicates her time to overseeing her jewelry gallery/studio and managing both The Glitter Foundation, Inc. and the Bayshore Arts District, Inc.

Catherine is a resident and founder of the first contemporary art gallery in the Bayshore Arts District, Things | Like by Catherine, voted Best of the Gulfshore 2023 by Gulfshore Magazine.

Director

A 40-year Naples resident, she has extensive experience with prominent startups and developments in Collier County. Renowned for her civic involvement, she has earned numerous awards such as Woman of the Year and Women of Distinction. As Chief Operating Officer at Gulf Coast International Properties and a proud resident of the Bayshore Arts District, she continues to make a lasting impact on the community.

Director of Creative Placemaking 

Laura is a project manager at DWY Landscape Architects and has been instrumental in leading community-driven pop-up art projects, most recently in Brownsville. She specializes in visionary projects.

Membership Director

A resident of Naples since 1980, Kara is a top-producing realtor with John R. Wood Christie’s International Real Estate. Having grown up in the area and even attended Avalon Elementary School as a child, she has a long-standing connection with the Bayshore Arts District.

Director of Strategic Projects

With a humanistic sensibility, portrait photographer Michelle Tricca invests her time and aesthetic language into projects rooted in ethical and sentimental values. Her personal work is motivated by the human condition, and she believes in visual storytelling’s ability to connect, provoke thought, and promote social change. Her public art installations A Face in the Crowd and The Face of Immokalee champion under-recognized communities through the power of photography. She has lived and worked in the Bayshore Arts District since 2006.

Director of Arts Programming

Papa’s style is inspired by urban tribalism. A mixed-media painter, sketchbook artist, educator, mentor, and community leader, he is also a live painting performer who transcends improv to instinct with each canvas—bold, bright, outrageous, and unapologetic.

Ashley is an avid supporter of the arts and an advocate for local culture. A native New Englander, she spent her summers on Nantucket, where she learned the craft of traditional Nantucket basket weaving—a skill passed down through three generations in her family. Taught by her mother, Ashley now incorporates this technique into modern, bohemian-inspired jewelry that reflects both heritage and contemporary style.When she’s not creating or involved in the arts, Ashley works in the medical device industry. She currently lives in Naples, where she enjoys being part of the community, supporting the Bayshore Arts District, and celebrating the First Friday events. She looks forward to contributing to the vibrant local arts scene and all that Florida has to offer.

Finance

Originally from Baltimore, I retired from a 55-year medical career at Johns Hopkins Hospital in 2017 and moved to Naples to be closer to family. A lifelong advocate for service and the arts, I have served in leadership and fundraising roles with organizations including Make-A-Wish, the Naples Woman’s Club, and Youth Haven. I am currently an Art Consultant at Eydel Fine Arts and am honored to serve on the Board of the Bayshore Arts District. Proud mother and grandmother, I love community, friendship, and supporting the arts in Naples.

Strategic Planning Chair

Edward Larsen is an Associate with LQ Commercial specializing in investment properties, land acquisition, site planning, and leasing. With a background in commercial appraisal and brokerage, he provides data-driven guidance across a wide range of asset types, including retail, office, industrial, multifamily, and land. Licensed as a real estate broker since 2022, Edward is known for his analytical precision and market insight. He is actively involved in the community, serving in leadership roles with several local organizations.
