11am -12pm Experience deep relaxation through Sound Meditation with gongs, drums, crystal bowls, crystal chimes, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and calming nature sounds like rain, ocean waves and waterfalls. Let the sound vibrations ease your mind and body into a peaceful and loving state. 12-1pmAfterwards, enjoy a short intuitive art exercise- no experience necessary.
